Hello, I’m Jasmina Koprivica, an expert in digital media, innovation, and strategic communications. For more than 20 years I’ve been building and leading digital products for major media companies and independent newsrooms alike.

I began my career in 1998 at the daily newspaper Blic, and over the past two decades I’ve focused on digital end-to-end: from strategy and product vision, through website and app development, to team organization, audience growth, and sustainable revenue.

I have founded and led some of the region’s most influential digital outlets such as Blic.rs, Kurir.rs, B92.net, Prva.rs, Telegraf.rs, Euronews.rs, BloombergAdria.com, TVArenaSport.com, Balkantrip.tv… and collaborated with numerous organizations on their digital transformation.

As a consultant to IREX and Internews, I have supported local media across the region (including Vreme.com, 021.rs, Glassumadije.rs, Oslobodjenje.ba, Nezavisne.com, Vijesti.me). As the founder of Fos Media Com, I work with media organizations in Serbia and across Europe to strengthen their digital presence and develop actionable media strategies.

My approach is simple: I connect editorial vision, technology, and data. I believe in systematic thinking and collaborative teams. In practice, this means partnering with newsrooms and leadership to set clear goals, establish processes that keep cadence, and introduce tools that accelerate work, from analytics and SEO to smart content distribution and the practical use of AI in daily workflows.

What motivates me most are outcomes that make sense for both the audience and the business: trustworthy content, healthy organizations, and growth that’s visible in metrics and monetization. I build teams grounded in trust and clear accountability, and I position brands to be consistent, distinctive, and relevant—at home and across the diaspora.

I serve on the Board of Directors of IAB Serbia and am a member of the Serbian Association of Managers. I regularly lead workshops and talks on the future of media, innovation, and the ethical use of technology.
