1) Who we are (Data Controller)
This website is operated by Jasmina Koprivica (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Data we process
Information you provide: name, email, phone, company, message/brief, files you upload (e.g., CV, proposal). Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, language, page URLs, timestamps, cookies (see Cookie Policy). Usage data: page visits and events (e.g., CTA clicks) via analytics tools (e.g., GA4). Marketing signals (if you consent): Meta Pixel/LinkedIn Insight (conversions, remarketing).

3) Purposes & legal bases
Responding to inquiries and delivering services (legitimate interests / taking steps prior to a contract). Analytics and Site improvement (legitimate interests) and/or consent for non-essential cookies. Marketing & remarketing (only with consent). Legal obligations (e.g., invoicing, tax compliance).

5) Sharing with processors
We may use vetted service providers (hosting, analytics, email, CRM). They act as processors under a data processing agreement and may only process personal data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

Inquiries and correspondence: up to 24 months from last contact (or longer where legally required). Business records (invoices/contracts): retained per statutory requirements. Cookies/analytics: as specified in the Cookie Policy.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, data portability, and object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).

9) Security
We apply technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, data minimization). However, no internet transmission is entirely secure.

10) Children’s data
The website is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect such data. If you believe we have inadvertently collected it, contact us for deletion.

11) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will appear here with a revised “Last updated” date.
